Unemployment rate across the continent are constantly growing. International organisations are now trying to steal talent from Remoteli! Their goal is to get more people out of unemployment.

Samuel’s previously appeared on the BBC’s Apprentice TV Show

Remoteli tapped into Ashesi University to source talent for their company.

The boss mentality (“yes please”, “no please”, etc was a problem from Samuel at first and took a while to break down

They have 8 key values (listen to find out what they are)

Remoteli has a popular young company culture.

They are available to clients in UK, US, India, France, Hong Kong, India andCanada. Working on more countries including Rwanda. Lots of francophone individuals which helps.

It’s important to get clients FIRST before hiring employees

Samuel welcomes competition

15-35 is africans most educated generation, more graduates than ever before. But also 150 million unemployed people between these ages.

The team grows due to demand not of want.

Remoteli has barely done marketing for the business. Business grown organically through referrals and word of mouth

Very important to lay down the vision to employees, clients and to recruit staff and to stakeholders

They hope to enter their first round in February to raise millions and use it to grow across Africa
